The Orioles (81-59) played the kind of game we have waited a long time for – an easy winm – and we did it against a team we SHOULD be doing it against, the lowly Chicago White Sox (31-109), crusing to a 9-0 shutout with a great outing from Cade Povich. The Yankees would lose later in the night on a walkoff grand slam by Texas to put Baltimore back in first place entering today, with a chance to sweep these White Sox. Albert Suarex will be on the mound, facing Chicago’s Jonathan Cannon. It is SEPTEMBER, folks! The playoff push is ON. So saddle up, grab some snacks, a drink or six, and enioy the ballgame.
