  1. If anyone knows, please let me know
Orioles Ramon Urias hasn't been in the game lately, why?Have you been demoted to the minor leagues?
    Did you get hurt?
    I'm not a fan of Orioles so I don't know the details…

  2. loooool after their commentators incredibly insensitive (albeit true) quip about how the white sox โ€œgonna white soxโ€ the laughable orioles get stomped ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

  3. Tonight was exactly why Iโ€™ll be surprised if Chicago even ties those โ€˜62 Mets much less sinks past them. The Oโ€™s kicked them around twice but three times running, knowing they need easy wins against bad teams to keep up with NY?

Boston up next, desperate to keep pace: they wonโ€™t win all three, either you watch. This time of year, the pressureโ€™s on playoff bound/on-the-cusp teams to win, no pressure on Chicago except not to lose 121. Weโ€™ll see who grips the bats harder as it winds down.

  4. Just yesterday I commented the Suarez has already thrown as many innings this season as he has in his pre-2024 career combined.
Even with all the Lost starting pitchers the Orioles have overcome, Suarez tiring out for the year, would no doubt be in the straw that broke the camel's black in terms of playoff chances

  5. 141 games
    35-106 Mets 1962 (40-120)
    32 – 109 Chisox '24
The 1962 Mets are still THREE games ahead!

The Chisox versus the most putrid teams in history:

    2024 Chisox 32-109 (.227)
    1916 Phila A's AL 36-117 (.235)
    1935 Bos. Braves NL 38-115 (.248)
    1962 NY Mets NL 40-120 (.250)

Right now the Chisox are most putrid team in history.
