Saw this at a local used game store and had to buy it! My favorite player of all time and I never knew he was on a cover. Will add it to my Brodeur and soon to be Hughes bros cover. Any others I'm not aware of?

NHL Hitz was the game my dad was playing when he first brought the Ps2 home. I’ll never forget it.
Is Hitz like the hockey version of MLB Slugfest? Seeing Midway brings me back lmao
I still have my GameCube version, and I have a PS2 version emulated on my Steam Deck. As much as I miss arcade sports games, they can stay dead. I don’t trust today’s video game industry to not monetize them to hell and back. I think the Hitz license now belongs to WB Games, so with them, it’s a guarantee.

Hell yeah. I’ve still got my PS2 copy of Hitz 2003 and I play it all the time with my old buddy. Miss this series. Wish they’d bring it back.
