Bear down, Bears nation!

  1. Trubisky: “I’m telling the team to turn the TVs off in the facility”

Justin Fields: “The game looks slow to me”

Caleb Williams: “I don’t get nervous”

Someone needs to tell Bears QBs to just stfu

  2. If Caleb connects on either of those two deep balls, or hell if Allen didn’t drop that TD, I think the vibe in here would be WAY different.

  3. Last year we came out completely unprepared and got killed in the first week. Things are looking quite familiar.

  4. Come out strong with a TD drive and it’s a one score game with Caleb having some momentum and we can stop panicking

  5. Caleb should’ve played 90 percent of the snaps in the preseason. Looks absolutely lost out there.

  6. Why even keep Ebeerflus? I don’t understand in what situation was that the best solution

  7. The Bears can’t run the ball, but at least they’re making up for it by dropping touchdown passes.

  8. Caleb not getting nervous is proof that he hasn’t quite acquired the skills to handle his nerves yet. That was a “red flag” in the sense that we should temper expectations because the nerves *are* going to come.

I say that to say, he’s going to get better as he learns how to play in this league.

  9. So far, it’s another opening day of me pouting like a toddler, whining about why can’t we ever have nice things, EVER.

  10. If I see a good sustained drive to open up the half that ends in a TD, Ill be thrilled, We had some misses, the one deep pass to Allen that was overthrown… and the Allen drop.

Lets get Rome involved… dude jumped like 15 ft in the air to catch that deflection.

  11. The only thing that really worries me about caleb is that he just hasn’t shown chemistry with any of his receivers yet. Those overthrows were not close. I hope he develops it as the season goes on

  12. Here for all the overreactions. Went about how I thought it would go. Timing issues, some rookie mistakes. The only thing concerning to me is that the Interior Oline is ASS. I’ve been saying it all offseason that there were questions and people dismissed it as just Justin being ass. That doesn’t seem to be the case. And how are they getting penetrated so much on run plays? Come on nos

  13. I’m trying to remain calm and remember this is Caleb‘s first real game in the NFL. The OL and Eberflus’ play calling have been making my tummy hurt tho lol.

  14. Caleb Williams sucks ass. 100%

Keep in mind he’s short as shit and count how many passes he threw that were batted down already.

    City will be cursed forever.

  15. Let’s be honest here, there’s quite a few “good teams” losing right now. Let’s not hang our hats up yet! COME ON BEARS!!!

  16. The Bears have squandered good field position throughout the first half. What a disappointing start to the season, hopefully they turn it around after halftime.

  17. All the negativity is justified, understandable. But we need to see this team respond to adversity. If everything was clicking we’d all be even more hyped up than before. We got brought back to reality and I think we will see what this team is really made of in the second half.
