  1. Didn’t get swept but left a lot of opportunities on the table the last 2 games

We unfortunately have to root for the Yankees the next three days while we pray that this team doesn’t try and get funny against the White Sox

  2. I feel like I was saying the same thing at the end of last season, but this lineup really has too many holes. Yes, some guys have developed and stepped up, but still too many automatic outs.

  3. Sorry for this being off topic but I had a post deleted that I believe was unjust is their anway to get it unremoved. I don’t want to be a nuisance but I actually spent like 20 minutes researching a topic so I’m a little mad

  4. Place: 1st

    Division lead: 2.5

    Games to play: 19

    Division magic number: 17

    Playoffs magic number: 10

First round bye magic number: 17*

    Current pace: 92-70

The Guardians can clinch a playoff berth as early as **September 14.**

Their current most likely clinch date is **September 19**

*This number assumes a division win and playoff berth. The bye magic number is the division magic number otherwise.

    **Relevant Magic Numbers**

    MIN: 15 |
    KC: 17

    **Playoff berth**:

    DET: 10 |
    BOS: 10 |
    SEA: 10 |
    TB: 9

    **First round bye**:

HOU: 17 (HOU plays later today)

  5. Felt like we just punted this game. I’ve loved Vogt all year but the past few weeks he’s been pissing me off. Using Noel as a defensive replacement and not pinch hitting him as the tying run? Seriously?

  6. Not a great showing today. I’m disappointed that was the only one I caught this series. Not our best lineup and definitely not our best showing.

Bibee pitched well. He gave us plenty of opportunity to win.

Onto Chicago and hopefully we take advantage of a terrible team.

  7. With this nosediving offense you tell any realistic fan that we take 1 of 3 against the Dodgers prior to Friday and they’ll say I’ll take it.

Not surprising with a team with only 1 everyday player that has an OPS over .800
