2. Might be nice to put his actual name somewhere in the title or body.

   But yeah based on summer, his defense and physicality looked like he would be unplayable.

5. I still dont understand the concept of drafting a player but actually signing him.

   They were able to trade him, (then bring him back) but he not on roster?

6. I’m no expert but i think the Dubs are doing the smart thing with Post cuz if they sign him to a TWC he goes into the Austin Reaves two years them you gotta re-sign him at bigger money bucket sooner.

   If they wait til the minimum contract space opens v the number of games left… the Dubs can sign him to a 4yr/8M contract that starts under the second round exception provision.

   How long do they need to wait? Somewhere around half the season unless they make a move that opens up more money under the hard cap.

   It’s def the best for both parties… QPost gets 8M and a guaranteed roster spot through 2029. Warriors get another big body on small money.

   The only thing that sucks is they gotta wait. That wait equals the lease Looney gets to show he’s gotten back into form.
