Additionally, to make room on the 40 man, Jimmy Herget was DFA’d
Assume this means that Holmes will take the spot in the rotation.
That’s the best move. I wonder if they aren’t just going to go with Grant Holmes in Reynaldo’s spot? I’d shut Reynaldo down for the year after inflammation in both his elbow and shoulder in 2 months.
The Luke Williams move is a bit shocking.

Someone needs to DFA the conditioning team.
Need to find some blood magic soon
WTF would we option Luke Williams who’s been half way decent and has speed instead of just putting Whit on the IL? Merrifield has 2 singles in his last 36 PA and Biggio is terrible.
So best case reylo can come back and get a start off rest one last time before October or maybe go in October.
Does this mean Whit is ready or they wanna try Biggio?
Also please let Ian get the last dodgers start not Holmes.
Is AJSS still out
This pretty much eliminates any chance lopez is a starter in the postseason should be get there. Best case is he can be used out of the pen at some point because he has experience doing that.
Well knock on wood, it at least isn’t forearm tightness which could lead to TJ. When velocity was down that’s what I was worried about.
He’s at nearly double the innings he threw last year, so he might just be worn down. If he doesn’t get to pitch for us again this year it’s a shame, but he more than did enough, he was fantastic

It’d kinda be crazy not to give Biggio a shot.
We got extremely lucky with Lopez. I would shut him down.
