Stability with a young group is important
Obviously, he has a fantastic pirate-esque beard meant for the role
Question: Why is Ben Cherington expected to be back? Potentially zero winning seasons in five years is inexcusable for a GM in this day and age. They should be contending by now like the Royals are.
