I'm so happy this happened. There was a rumor that he was between Toronto and Detroit, and I did not want my Wings signing another aging, past their prime player.
Leafs have one if the best medical staffs… Hope it works out for patches.. if not say hi to stephne Robidas.
This seems to be the Leafs go to move, signing players that are too old or have huge injury red flags.

Re: Pacioretti: a PTO is the way to go with "Patch"….if his legs are gone….bye bye…if he ruptures his Achilles again….bye bye….BUT….if he's still got some life left he could be a good 3rd line player good for 10-20 G AND he could be a good sniper on the half boards for the 2nd PP unit….BUT…..if Leafs do sign him PACE him….give him some time off.
2. Re: Robertson: if I'm him I'd want out of TO. His career is languishing and I still feel he has talent so he should want out and go where he can get regular ice time.

Based on the last few years Max is not lighting it up anymore. Rather keep Robertson.
