  1. Demar is better than everyone u mentioned demar is better than Scottie and is arguably better than PG & jimmy demar literally had a better year than PG & jimmy & you’re bugging Ingram has been an all star once in his career and that was 5 years ago he barely even averaged 20 a game last year

  2. On the point of Fox being 9th….in what world is he 9th?

Curry, Brunson, Doncic, Irving, Lillard, SGA…I can see as better than Fox. But after that?

    Tyrese Halliburton isn't yet better.
    James Harden? Nope
    Chris Paul? Nope
    Russell Westbrook? Nope
    CJ McCollum? Nope
    Lonzo Ball? Nope
    LaMello Ball? Nope
    Trae Young? Nope
    Darius Garland? Nope
    Cade Cunningham? Nope
    Jrue Holliday? Nope
    Fred VanVleet? Nope
    Scoot Henderson? Nope
    Dejounte Murray? Nope
    De'Angello Russell? Nope
    Malcolm Brogdon? Nope
    Mike Conley, Jr.? Nope
    Isaiah Thomas? Nope
    Davion Mitchell? Nope
    Kris Dunn? Nope
Ja Morant? Nope (this isn't a knock on Ja Morant and his ability, only his behavior and unsure leadership skills).

Name anyone else. They just aren't better than De'Aaron Fox is right now.

They may have had better careers than Fox in some cases…but they aren't currently better players.

As for DeMar DeRozan. I would take him over Mikal Bridges. Right now.

3-4 years from now, probably not. But right now, I take DeRozan with zero hesitation.

Yes, DeRozan is taking a new role. However, he is still a dangerous player and right now I would take DeRozan over some of the guys ahead of him.

DeRozan will be the #2 scoring option. He still is going to be a 20-23ppg scorer.

    Fox (26+ppg)
    DeRozan (20-23ppg)
    Sabonis (17-19ppg)
    Murray (15-17ppg)
    Huerter/Monk/Ellis (8-12ppg each)
    Lyles (7-9ppg)

From the offensive side, that is where I think it is going to go.

I don't know how the rest of the bench will be. But, I think that should be the 8 main guys.

I don't know if Alex Len or Orlando Robinson will end up as the primary backup center. I think it starts with Len for now, but if Len doesn't play well, Robinson will step in quickly because he is more athletic than Len.

  3. I think you are right on!

DeRozan should take the lead in the closer role. I previously posted how I think Fox's free throw issues often can derail our efforts in the 4th quarter… In that regard, the DeRozan singing was a brilliant move!

DeRozan's ability to close games along with his 80% free throw percentage goes a long way towards making the Kings true finals contenders.

Moreover, with regard to Fox – it takes the heat off of him. His grestest weakness will no longer be exposed so easily by opponents….thereby giving him much needed time to work out those confidence issues….which I'm sure he will do.

Just a GREAT management move!! Kudos to the Kings, very thoughtful move!
