  2. Think you need to rememeber Mets got lucky tonight playing against the blue Jay almost no hit manger was wrong taking him out and the blue Jay bullpen suck Mets still have to play 6 times against the philles

  10. The small things hurt them tonight. This was a must win game they missed. The Mets schedule will be getting tougher so hopefully things start to change for them in a bad way. This team needs to step up going forward and battle the Dodgers. It will be tough but this season is not over

  11. I’ve accepted the fact the Braves won’t be in the post season this year. It was foolish for us to think with all the injuries they’ve had and how the offense has been that they could do it. This isn’t the Atlanta Braves this is a couple starters and a bunch of DFA’d cast offs that aren’t good enough to start for us. It’s a miracle we’ve been as good as we have, let’s prepare for a big comeback next when everyone is healthy!

You mention chipper Jones comment …yeah I was at work listening on my phone …once it went to 2 0 …I shut it off …ya just knee based on this whole season right then and there game was over …I'd be shocked at this point if this group makes it …just too many injuries to overcome …the replacement guys who have done a decent job have basically run outta gas ….Ozuna has gone totally south …not sure what's happened…maybe fatigue from carrying this lineup all season basically.

  13. If Braves don’t make the playoffs, expect some big changes. At SS, adding another big outfielder. Either trading Ozuna or Iglesias. Acquiring another closer to join or replace Iglesias. Especially when Truist is hosting the all star game in 2025.

  14. Agree with you noticing they lack confidence hitting and been seeing it myself, used to see Ozuna walk up smiling and enjoying himself and the past few weeks he looks so stressed. Maybe they can figure something out while they watch the playoff teams compete.

  16. Offense is just putrid and is why we lost. But Fried giving up 11 hits to a last place team?? What an awful performance for a guy that’s supposed to be an ace or #2, at worst. The offense of the last 2 1/2 years would cover up games like this and win. Now, if our starters give up 3 or more runs it’s almost guaranteed to be a loss.
