Does this take strength of schedule into account?
SD and AZ over 92% seems high
These odds seems to change so drastically day by day. Was like 20% for us a few days ago.
Doesn’t mean anything
And we had great odds of winning the division in ‘07, ‘08, and ‘22. Until we didn’t.

I’m going to play it safe and not trash talk my friends who are Braves fans until the Mets are _at least_ 0.4% more likely to make the playoffs. IMHO 0.3% is a little too close for comfort.

whoever plays the dbacks is going to experience a wild series
surprised they would have it that way given the remaining schedule but they probably expect the braves to be down to two healthy started before they get to play each other in two weeks

I mean we still haven’t accomplished anything yet
As mets fans, we should know better than not to brag til its all said and done
We have a three game set at the end of month against the Braves, I don’t want to get over my skis here.
07 and 08 still haunt me. I don’t even acknowledge 09 due to who was in the WS
I really wish people would stop caring about percent chance to make the playoffs. It’s meaningless.
The Mets have 16 games left. 13 are against playoff contenders and 13 are against division rivals. It’s not going to be easy.
Day by day….
We probably had better odds in in 2008 and 2007
The amount this will change day to day makes it so pointless. A Braves/Mets win and Dbacks/Padres loss and this thing basically flips it entirely on it’s head in one day. Just win baseball games baby!
Chances don’t matter. It’s the next 10 games. It will make or break the incredible run that we have enjoyed.
As much as I have enjoyed the grimace effect – we need our offense to carry us through these games. LFGM and as always

That 9 game winning streak gave this team life. Braves still won series during that time and it wasn’t enough. Reds and Nats also helped big time as Atlanta has now lost 2/3.
Need to take 2/3 this weekend and hope LA takes 3/4. Build that lead up to a few games and hopefully the Braves mentally throw in the towel.
