  1. Here’s the video link:

Where I’ve timestamped is Baldy pointing out that White doesn’t see daylight. He runs into the crowd instead of an open crease. He shows multiple examples. It’s painful to watch.

Note that if you go back to the beginning of the Baldy segment (earlier than what I timestamped), he talks about 2 things a back has to have: good vision and ability to cut laterally. He points out Jacobs had both.

This is what I’ve been posting about here for a while. And it’s why the loss of Jacobs is really going to hurt, especially since Getsy prefers outside zone, but White lacks the vision to play in that scheme effectively.

  2. Post the video. Parham looking like the culprit here. Don’t we have 3 on 2 through the A gap if the RG can make a block here? That’s what it looks like in this still image but I gotta see the video.

  3. Zamir was the chosen RB1 by the last regime (gap power scheme) and then the chosen RB1 by the current regime (wide zone scheme). For whatever reason.

  4. Laube is thought to be a good fit and was hyped by members of the staff in camp. Is it too early is he too green to see the field?
