Not super shocking, especially with the sister who wants out.

Reminder: maximum investment can only be 10%, which is 0 decision making abilities.
Also private equity gets a bad reputation because of the way they a few crappy private equity handle the late stages of some legacy business (red lobster, toys r us). But most private equity investments are for growth and not “tear down”. Your current job probably has private equity ownership to a %. It doesn’t make the news.
The r/nfl sub was having 5th grader type meltdowns over the private equity rule changes because they don’t actually understand it.
I’m not sure how to feel about this. What are the positives and negatives of this?
Just please no fucking Saudi investors…
This would most certainly turn us into a stingy team that does not spend money and pay their players compared to the rest of the league
