Pacioretty joins Leafs on PTO; will sign with team before season starts

1. He could contribute if he stays healthy. I’m a big Patches fan. Hard guy to chirp. Comes to play all the time!!!

8. Nothing will take away how great he was with the Habs, especially that playoff series in 2014. I’m definitely rooting for him hard.

9. This year’s veteran role model? (i.e. Thornton, Marleau, Foligno, Spezza)

10. How many players is that now that have played for both the Habs and Leafs? Granted, they’re both original 6s and are the oldest two active teams (1909 & 1917), but damn.
