The packers have downgraded Love to doubtful

  1. I never actually expected him to play tbh, I think him sitting for two-ish weeks is a good call

  2. Next Sunday will be 16 days since the injury. Probably a higher chance of him playing against the Titans but I think he’ll probably sit until Minnesota. Especially if they somehow pull off the win tomorrow.

  3. And in related news my “Packers on laptop with RedZone on TV” status has been upgraded to Probable

  4. I think the reason why they haven’t ruled him out is to make the colts prepare for two qb’s instead of one.

  5. I’m all for it. Give him a little more time. Not worth the wear and tear on our franchise QB and our foreseeable future.

  6. I for one am hoping for a QB controversy by the time the Vikes game rolls around.

Might just wanna go with the hot hand.

  7. It’s for sure not worth risking his health. It is also scary to potentially start 0-3. Even teams who start 0-2 have a pretty low chance of making the playoffs. We did sneak in last year, I hope we can this year.

  8. There was zero chance Love was suiting up. It’s the exact coachspeak every coach from the same school of thought uses. It’s gamesmanship, sure, but is it ever actually a surprise?

  9. Packers cannot go 0-3 and hope to make the playoffs. If they beat the Colts he’ll sit until the Vikinys game, however, if they lose they’ll probably start him against the Titans.
