That seems not good
Broke his back carrying this team for 3 years.
But seriously, holy hell.. don’t like that.
So now we have an explanation for his struggles at the end of last year with the knowledge that he’s going to be healthy and good to go for the beginning of this year.. believe it or not, this is GOOD news.
This is good news, it explains why he wasn’t himself last year.
My only concern is if it’s something chronic. Minor back surgery is surprisingly routine, but in the NHL there are “back guys” who are known for constantly missing time with back problems. Bossy is the most obvious example
Kind of refreshing getting some actual information and not some vague upper, Lower body injury. I hope Ilya is ready for the season.
