Tobener: Buster Posey is running the SF Giants now — for better or maybe worse

Buster running the Giants is either a genius move or a total disaster waiting to happen, and I can’t decide which one I’m rooting for.
If he really is running the giants why does farhan have a job I’ll believe this when I see farhan back in Canada
Buster Posey is about to be our John Lynch.
We’re about to witness Posey’s aging tenfold. This job will turn him grey and wrinkled. Giants baseball is torture and stress.
I’m all for it. Clearly what Zaidi has been doing this past few years hasn’t been working and if Buster can come in and turn things around for us that’s great. If it doesn’t work out as we hope with Buster, it wont make me think any less of him as a person or a forever Giant.
The problem is Farhan. The criticism he’s received over the last few years is absolutely warranted. Outside of the fluke year of 2021, the entire Farhan experience has been nothing short of a colossal failure. If Buster wants a shot at running the day to day (which I highly doubt), give him a shot. It’s not going to be any worse than Fraudhan.
Scott Boras is the deputy commissioner of baseball. There is zero chance Matt Chapman went around him to negotiate a contract directly with an owner’s representative. Next.
