He does the Cano where he plays 100% instead of 110% to avoid major injuries.
Casty has missed games. He’s just been physically present and in the lineup for all of them.

Baseball in general is funny. You’ve got your season stats but they never tell the full story. Looking at Nick’s numbers for the year, you’d never know how different his first half was from his second half.
And then even beyond the aggregate numbers, there’s no way in the stats to show that this guy has 4 game winning hits this year.
It’s just a funny game!
Hard to believe there are 2 Braves on this list. I would have assumed everyone on the team has had an IL stint at some point this season
Funny would be Casty game 7 of the World Series, 2 outs, 3-2 count, bases loaded, down 3, in the bottom of the 9th. A global tragedy occurs..
Well, Ozuna being here isn’t surprising, when he aims to hit something *~~or someone~~*, he generally is pretty good at it after all
Nick loves playing baseball. There are guys/girls at all levels of pro/college sports that love the game and really dgaf about much else. That comes through with the interviews. He’s not a dumb jock. He’s just really focused on his profession.
I mean, he’s obviously comfortable playing every day and seemingly wants to. It sucks when he was playing like ass but he’s a pro and probably feels like he needs to play out of it. Glad he’s playing better in the back half of the season and hopefully he doesn’t get ice cold in a playoff series.
I’m ok with it until it doesn’t work, which eventually it won’t.
Nicky Tragedy lives on the sorry state of the world. He inspires with his consistency and his massive awesome dingers!
Seriously, it’s wild how Nick’s always in the lineup no matter what! Gotta love his commitment to the game, even if it means getting a few chuckles from the fans.
