  1. I think Nash, Rondo, Jason Williams can probably make this pass. Whether they will dare to try something like that is another question but I can see them making it just from a difficulty perspective.

  2. I see a bunch of paisas in the park doing this shit all the time and making 3 point hook shots all the damn time

  3. Most people ignore that Luka was indeed trying to hit his other teammate in the face, but he missed.

  4. The technical ability to make the pass?

A bunch of players have that.

The attitude, confidence and wherewithal to take such a flashy route?

Fewer players, but still a bunch, especially if the game’s not on the line and/or the competition/defense isn’t on the same level.

Behind the back at full speed to the 3 point line isn’t the hardest pass in the world – if you don’t have to thread it through a tight space/put complementary spin on it (he threw it over those guys, not through them).

Most of the PGs whose names you remember from the 80s onward could probably do this, even score-first ones like Iverson.

Several SGs. Fewer SFs. Idk about PFs. Jokic for Cs and maybe Dream.

  5. Majority of NBA point guards can do this.

There are people on here saying how this is an amazing pass and it is……to you. However, for a professional athlete who practices every day for hours how to pass this isn’t new. The reason you don’t see it more is because it’s only good to do in very specific occasions, any other times it’s a high risk for no reason type of play.

I will keep reminding the people in this sub that you really really need to understand how much better the coordination and physical ability of a pro athlete is compared to the average person.

  6. Rondo, Drose, White Chocolate, Wade, Kobe, Jordan, Westbrook, Lebron, Luka, Tim and Anfernee Hardaway, Iverson, CP3 just from the top of my head. Probably every competent starting PG could do that.

  7. All of them. It’s a behind the back to an open 3, or what every high school kid does at least once a day in practice.
