2. I understand John saying the play call was correct and that rights during almost any other time. If you weigh the pros vs cons of this decision, running the ball was the smartest move. That takes time and can also accomplish “ending the game” since they can kneel it out since they didn’t NEED to score. John is talking about analytics but that’s also the reason we didn’t kick the ball in the first quarter. This post was on the OFFENSE, not necessarily on that last play but they should be able to score more than 21 points….

   But calling a pass play instead of just running the ball to guarantee time goes off the clock was a psychological R word, meaning having 50 iq or lower.
