Trent baalke does okay drafting signing the flashy position recievers" corners quarterbacks thats easy, but he is not good with putting together a chemistry and identity of non-flashy position like the lineman offence and defense where the rubber meets the road this is why when our players go to another team they Excell so fast we have always had good players in those positions remember James Robertson Mr dependable. either our players always hurt even urban Myers saw we needed a good conditioning coach why Trent baalke doesn't see that's would like the next coach to be a defensive mindset head coach so teams will fear us once again maybe Trent needs a bigger staff or something but its always the interior lines so sick of this.great recievers corners tight ends always coming out of college not a problem flashy positions but bill belichick was a master at it and he didn't over pay to keep Brady protected.

Prolly why Khan keeps him around but when it comes to actual football, this guy doesn't know a thing and you can't tell em nothing either.
Trent baalke doesn’t fix the problems he puts on a bandaids and tries to cover up the problems. Trent baalke not being fired with urban Meyer is going to be the worst mistake khan has made as owner. And he has made many.

The offensive strategy isnt working. Trevor needs shorter routes and quicker reads. He holds the ball too long and puts it on the ground. This team is way too talented to lose. Im okay with the bad teams losing, but this roster is one of top 5 in the league. Theres no excuse
