This season is sunk. All that matters is that Richardson progresses and the offense as a whole improves and looks good. I’m totally fine with the defense being among the league worst causing Ballard and obviously Gus to get canned come offseason. Wind up with a super high pick and draft Will Johnson or Travis Hunter
I 100% thought Ballard would be tied to AR in terms of job security. This season might accelerate that to fired this off-season… or in 20 years because Irsay also likes his guys
