Miller was supposed to be a goalie during the rookie games vs Toronto, RHP and Pricer both have known issues.
Yeah those extras all have to be listed due to IR validity and medical status to be verified

I wish they didn’t have to bring in so many players. I know they usually cut a lot of them after the first couple of pre-season games but if they really want to get things going, they need to have a full lineup or close to it for the last couple of pre-season games. You know which goalies will be in Montreal so that’s ok but the D and forwards are more or less set. Maybe a spot or two open.
As in EXTRA-ordinary, of course!
Price needs to get ready so he can join us for the Cup obviously, Stone style.
He’ll be there as a “goalie coach” maybe, otherwise he has to be there contractually.

Having Carey there is weird and it’s not only for team salary cap either, otherwise there would also add Petry and Allen whom we retained a part of their salaries.
I don’t know how I would feel if we pulled a VGK/TBL move to circumvent LTIR once in the playoffs and brought him back next April 2025.
I know he’s absolutely done, but if I could see him take the ice in full gear one last time I would cry like a baby.
I’m still pinching myself seeing Laine as part of the Habs . What a pick-up. Hopefully he becomes the player he Can be with us

It doesn’t mean he will actually play or participate, they are obligated to put them there since they are in contract.
