Im gonna rip my face off
Yet another Ober masterclass thrown in the trash
Fuck the bullpen
Fuck the pohlads
I’m just too tired of this, man. It’s like clockwork. And one more thing… Fuck the Pohlad’s
You absolutely have to let Duran pitch the 10th after he had a quick 9th. Instead of letting Ronny fucking Henriquez throw with basically the season on the line. I can’t take this manager seriously. Yes, we don’t have a great bullpen but he has made soooo many bad decisions regarding pitching management in his tenure as the Twins manager
Fuck the Pohlads. Sell the fucking team if this is how you’re going to treat it.
It’s the hope that kills you with this team.
Ouch owie
Miss the playoffs and save everyone the embarrassment
FUCK THE POHLADS
SELL THE TEAM
That should just about do it. Its fucking malpractice what ownership has done to this ballclub. Fuck off.
May I ask what we are saving bullpen arms for? Like you know we are on the verge of not making the playoffs right? Lol keep em rested for next season I guess
This team fucking sucks
We’re just right-sizing the number in the L column you guys.
Either the game threads are full of fuckin’ Nostradomuses or it’s really not that hard to see these losses coming.
Thank god for Sam darnold saving my mental health.
The Pohlad’s have ruined me
I love this team so much and there’s so much potential here. It’s so fucking sad to see. My favorite franchise in all of sports being rug-pulled by ownership the minute they have a great core and momentum.
Go ahead and bitch about every single move Rocco makes like a lot of you like to do but you’re kidding yourselves and have lost the plot. This team has two relievers. That’s pathetic and that’s squarely on the fucking bean counter owners that we have. It’s nobody’s fault but the Pohlad’s. You’re a casual and fool if you think this year is on Rocco but keep it up. Is he perfect? No. But if he had competent tools in the ‘pen we’d be 1st in the Central. I have no doubt about that. You have fallen for the low-hanging fruit and taken the bait of the sacrificial lamb manager who has to do every presser and be in front of the cameras every day for you to scream at when this season’s outcome rests on the bank account of the “poor” billionaire owners who sit hidden in their mansions.
Oh and more payroll cuts are coming too in the offseason btw, so go ahead fire Rocco to satisfy your wrongly placed outrage lmao but good luck next year with a new manager and less money.
FUCK THE POHLAD’S!
Tigers winning…
The injuries might have ultimately doomed this team, but the Pohlads fucked this team before they ever had a chance.
God forbid Duran pitch two innings. That game wasn’t important or anything
Fuck the Pohlads but the front office did an absolute shit job with the bullpen this year.
Once again the most predictable outcome
Not saying you can’t be mad about the bullpen staff and Ronny shitting the bed, but how about scoring some fucking runs for a change?
For the love of God can we beat Cleveland. Every single fucking time
THIS IS A (POTENTIAL) PLAYOFF TEAM WITH RONNY HERNANDEZ AND ZEBBY MATTHEWS (started season in A ball) PITCHING IN IMPORTANT GAMES. WAKE THE FUCK UP TWINS
Someone said it in the game thread, but losing Joe Ryan hurt the team. Pohlads didn’t grab another starter and tried to use various AAA players to bandage the situation. I love the system we have, but this is all too much pressure and it’s showing.
Bleh. I’m sad for the guys playing. Vazquez looked so sad after the game finished.
Such an embarrassing end to the season. Failure at all levels
Minnesota Twins Roster:
1B Carlos Correa
2B Carlos Correa
3B Carlos Correa
DH Carlos Correa
SS Carlos Correa
RF Carlos Correa
CF Carlos Correa
LF Carlos Correa
C Carlos Correa
SP Carlos Correa
GM Carlos Correa
Owner Carlos Correa
Maybe then we’d be clutch
Anyone know CPR?
An entire franchise is choking out on the field.
Tonkin with 2 pitches. lol. Correa has to tell the Pohlads he’s leaving if they don’t invest around him.
This team is incomprehensible
Go to the stadium and protest the pohlads. They don’t deserve the team if this is how they’re gonna treat it.
Do you think the Pohlad’s feel a single shred of responsibility for this? Like even a minuscule amount?
This team’s flaws are so much deeper than “Buxton never plays,” or “Margo can’t hit,” or “Rocco pulled the pitcher,” or “Rocco f’ed up the bullpen,” or “Rocco left the pitcher in too long.”
This team has 1.5 guys in the bullpen anyone trusts. They struggle to get a lead larger than one run going into the 7th. They are pitching with a bunch of rookies, castoffs, and greenhorns who are not going to hold up to pressure situations night after night after night.
It’s a wonder they’re even still above .500.
Reminder to buy your postseason ticket strips now while supplies last.
It’s hard to be mad at rookies for failing! The big failing is not doing anything at the trade deadline to help the pitching staff!
I’m tired boss
This is why serious contenders add at the deadline. Just adding one semi-competent reliever would have gone a long way.
Instead, they’re about to go from being the odds-on favorite to win their division to finishing second to last, only ahead of one of the worst baseball teams in a century.
I’m tired of the excuses and the penny-pinching bullshit.
Sell the team.
We honestly should have about 4 more wins against Cleveland than we actually do.
Obviously some of this is on the players. Gotta execute. But they’ve been given no margin for error. That’s why spending is valuable. One good RP at the deadline or a good starting pitcher over the off-season and we might still have a 3 or 4 game cushion. Instead the Pohlads put $30 million in their pockets and 6 blown leads (and maybe more to come) are going to cost us the season. I’m out.
The Twins are a Wild resurgence away from being a distant 4th in this town.
Wtf was Rocco supposed to do here. I’ll agree he has made some questionable decisions. But he had his dick in a hole in this game. Duran couldn’t have gone more, and Ronnie who admittedly sucks was literally his best option. Only thing I maybe would’ve done different was put Tonkin in first. But that’s sorta like swapping shit with poop.
A couple guys getting even one hit from 4 or 5 at bats would have helped tonight
Lol. Lmao, even
