Can he play for Huff? Obviously a different position and a joke but a traffic cone would be better than Huff has been.
Line him up at DE. Literally can’t be worse than the shit we trott out weekly.
Throw him in some of the plays/packages. Maybe he can make a play in the run game.
It’s a completely different situation. He’s a guy who signed here later in FA for a cheap 1 year deal.
In Tampa he was a top 5 overall pick, a hero of their Super Bowl run and once seen as a franchise cornerstone.
The expectations on all sides are wildly different.
FALSE! Elected not to stand on the sidelines once he found out he was benched. Didn’t travel to Brazil and the dude was literally posting videos riding around in his luxury car while our other players were on the field last week.
Use him how the cowboys use Micah, line him up all along the defensive line. White is clearly cooked but at the very least he can be an effective pass rusher.
Backup? He was a healthy scratch. What does he care, he already got paid.
As woeful as our DE rotation has been, Devin White for sure can’t just transition to one lol. He’s been really bad at shedding blocks, and once a lineman gets his hands on him he’s done.
That being said, maybe we could go Baun as an edge and just start White at LB? When we first signed Baun, I thought that’s where he’d be getting snaps at
