From The Insiders: If #Packers QB Jordan Love plays, he won’t be 100%. He seems to be OK with that.

  1. The amount of people in this sub choosing to ignore the opinions of a professional medical team, the head coach, and Jordan himself is baffling. Whether he plays or not.

  2. Happy if he plays, happy if Malik plays – go pack go! I know nothing and don’t presume to know anything

  3. That’s fair he isn’t at 100, but is he at 95 or 50? Considering we are at game 3 of the season I say we rest him and he played next week. Bigger game next week.

  4. The Packers doctors have always been cautious so if they clear him, I’m cool with it. They just signed him to a huge new contract too, if it were super risky he wouldn’t be playing

  5. Anyone saying they want a Malik Willis revenge game rather than having the franchise QB play is a certified weirdo

  6. Time to man the clipboard one more week, Jordan. Let Malik handle business like he did last game and feed Josh. No-brainer decision by the coaching staff. Besides, Malik gets to have a redemption game against his former team.

  7. Against an AFC opponent with 14 more games to go? I want them to win every game but You don’t take that big of a chance this week! Shiiit they could still win this week without him.

  8. Let him rest another week. Unless Levis magically turns things around our defense should be able to get the job done

  9. Regardless of the decision, it forces the Thumbtacks to gameplan against a heavy passing attack and against a heavy rushing attack. Two completely different gameplans.

If Love is able to play at a professional level with minimal pain or change of aggregation, I’ll roll with it. I don’t see our team ever rushing him back if they didn’t believe he was ready.

  10. Packers are a famously conservative organization when it comes to injuries. If they clear Love to play I trust them.

  11. This is absolutely the way you deploy a smokescreen. Don’t get me wrong I want the silly body out there. But him sitting this week is screaming conservative Packers medical staff.

  12. He’s been braced up in practice. I’d assume he’ll have one during game day if he does play.

  13. As much as I would love for Jordan to return, does anyone else sort of hopes for a Malik Willis revenge game on Sunday?

  14. How about no. Rest up till you’re fully healthy. This can take a loss they’re fine. You just can’t get Love hurt again. Willis has got this he’ll be even more prepared, and he has an entire team around him

  15. I”d love to see him back, but also okay with Willis trying to get his “revenge” against his former team. Then letting Love take over with one more week of healing.

  16. We send Malik out for the coin toss…out of the speakers the song Love Train starts playing… Wayne Larivee shouts “BAH GAWD, That’s Jordan Loves music!!!!” Love descends onto the field in a parachute. Packers by 50

  17. I’d say let him rest one more game…let Malik parlay his good play from last week against his old team and see what happens. Rather have Love rest that injury more than get a W in an out of conference game…
