3. I love the people commenting on stat sheets and not actually observing the progression. They are very obviously slowly easing him into his role instead of doing what the Bears are doing with Caleb. Building confidence works wonders. By late season, chucking the ball downfield with huge confidence will be far more beneficial than slinging it early and getting 20-30 picks.
