Well, it's no surprise our defense and pass rush is not living up to expectations. I've heard so many people bash our players, coaches, scheme, all of it… What the heck can we actually do to fix this during the season? Can we even turn it around? Curious on what y'all think!

It’s Week 3, I’m not panicking at the moment. If we beat NO, then everyone will start singing our praises again because of how NO has looked the past couple of weeks. We can’t get too high or too low, IMO.

Option 1: Fangio earns his reputation and schemes around it
Option 2: Howie makes a trade that bolsters the line

They aren’t used to that turf. Oh, wait…
I don’t know why BG isn’t moved around more I feel like he would be able to take better advantage of the big guys taking space if nothing else like we know we got trash but let’s put our only d line star in better positions to make a play 🤷♂️
Something needs to evolve at least.
But of the list of things we all could talk one thing that bothers me is the Equipment Staff must suck. Why do we have our players ill-equipped for field conditions? Seems too often our guys slip around and no clear changes. I mean we watched them do nothing in probably the biggest game of many of their careers.
IMO this team will probably end the season as a bottom third defense in the league and a top ten offense. We’ll likely live and die off of turnovers if we make the playoffs.
There are a lot of young players on defense we’re waiting on to turn the corner and perhaps some of them do. The secondary seems to be much improved but now the dline is a giant liability.
Since our rush sucks we really shouldn’t be going 4 on 5.
I’m on the I hope we lose so we can get rid of Nick train at this point. Promote Kellen to HC and see what he can do, if he doesn’t work out go and get Vrabel.
We can’t fix it there’s way too many holes on defense, almost like you shouldn’t neglect the defense and just worry about the offense huh howie?

Let’s be real, we’ve made a ton of investments into this D Line and it’s been rather disappointing so far. Hard to press the panic button after two games, but my faith in Nolan and Huff was already low coming into the season and it’s plummeting fast.
Remember when we had an amazing DL in 2022?

Are you implying that it’s problematic that season ticket holders were closer to Cousins than the D-Line?
R-E-L-A-X this is basically preseason and if Saquan makes a routine catch, you aren’t making this post
Only thing prevent defense does is prevent you from winning
The rush is officially a problem. And one that’s not going to fix itself. We don’t have the horses like years past to just generate rush out of nothing. This problem may not be solved for awhile.
The makeup of our team is begging for a ball control attack. But at this point we’re unable to hold up on the defensive side of that bargain. And we don’t have a coaching staff good enough to strategize around those shortcomings.
Dolfan here, Vic Fangio needs to retire, I don’t think his schemes work anymore. Not consistent like his good days
Can we trade Fangio for Spags straight up?

You have to blitz if the front 4 isn’t getting pressure. There’s no other option.
I’d rather get beat by being aggressive and having a chance of making a play than sitting back and being bled out slowly.
