  1. All we have ever done is lose with this guy on the roster – at one of the most important positions on the team. Just baffling that he is still here.

Edit: keep the downvotes coming fellas. Fucking sick of losing. The only high end season Bolles had was in 2020, when the NFL wasn’t calling holding! Time for us to draft a Franchise LT.

  2. He was solid last year imo.. this year not so much. I think that he was not extended or promised anything perhaps has something to do with it (even though it shouldn’t).

  3. Charles Cross is the highest graded tackle? I swear every pick in the Russ trade are gonna be Pro Bowlers or All-Pros lol

  4. This is more an indictment on Bo than Bolles, no? If I’m reading it correctly, it implies that he isn’t at fault for his high pressure rate since he has a 0 “blown block” %. I assume that means the pressures are due to Bo either holding the ball too long or breaking the pocket too soon. Then again, wtf does that even mean? I can remember at least one obvious blown block on Sunday, so how could he have a 0% in that category?

  5. I don’t get the hate on Bolles. He overcame his holding issues and has been on this team during the shittiest stretch of play this team has ever played. He has been above average most of that time and deserves some respect. I understand if we don’t extend him, but people need to lighten up.

  6. This checks out with Bolles’ career since 2020. Technically sound for the most part, (as evidenced by the 0 blown blocks), but never physically dominant like truly elite tackles (evidenced by the relatively high pressure percentage Bolles has given up). This team has sucked ass the entire time he’s been here, but he has been far from the biggest reason why, and he has given us nothing short of his best effort for 8 damn seasons now. People hate on this dude like crazy but completely ignore our receivers who can’t get open for shit and our abysmal play calling: things that hold back our offense way more than Bolles and occasional penalties he gets called for. The only way we should let him go is if we have the opportunity to get a franchise changing tackle through the draft (which is no guarantee).
