WHO DAT! To all the people that say they don’t want all the attention from media because we are red hot rn, would you rather be 0-2 and media talk about us like we’re the Panthers instead?
Sure we’re not gonna drop 40 every game just be thankful and happy of where we at rn.
Still remember it crystal clear in my head!
Put this in the Louvre!
I was fortunate enough to go to the game and was sitting in the upper level in the end zone he ran toward. I was jumping up and down so much that I almost fell over the railing!
Literally one of my favorite moments of all time! My neighborhood went ape shit. Horns honking. Fireworks. People hugging. A huge party up and down the whole street.
Same here WHO DAT! I remember not feeling confident at halftime, but when this happened it was everything. Got close in 2006 and slowly climbed til they reached the top.
Thank you Mr. Porter! I never noticed Sharper talking shit to Peyton as he walks off in the top left lol
Words cannot describe how fucking loud i was screaming during this.
I must’ve been the only Saints fan in my area at the time, but boy was I letting everyone know I was there.
Spent a week being told “you’ll never beat the Colts. They’re so much better”
It was so much fucking euphoria walking around after the game
Top moment for sure!
I love to look at the reaction videos of that moment!
I was in the quarter when this happened. One of the greatest moments of my life. Celebrating with my family then heading out to Bourbon in that glorious mass of people.
I got emotional watching Tracy point on the way to the end zone back then and I get emotional watching it now everything that the team and the city went through watching him point was like the confirmation that no matter what we got this one
My favorite pass any Manning has thrown.
Out of body experience. I’ve been a fan since I was a a little kid. We’re talking 1969 going forward. The Saints were so predictably bad for years and years, the Superbowl was an abstract concept that seemed unreal.
