1. Add some short route for quick throws 2. RUN the ball since you have an ALL-PRO RB 3. Fire a bunch on asst. coaches (HC is a on thin ice as well).

Yes. They are a cpl years away from making any deep run in the playoffs. They absolutely need another top 10 pick and address this horrendous secondary. Will Johnson out of Michigan would be an awesome addition.

I accepted that this year is development for the offense – I have no issues there.
My issue is seeing how absolutely disappointing the defense is and how bad it’s regressed (especially on the run defense). My expectations were low, but holy fuck it’s bad.
So, now, even if we get the offense developed, we still have a bum GM who’s not going to adequately address any of the major holes on defense, and a DC pushing an outdated scheme – running on the success of a team he had 10 years ago.
The hardest thing of all, probably # 3 on the list, would be maintaining a positive colture. Even if AR develops in a bad season, you don’t want to go into 2025 with a toxic locker room. And that’s really hard to prevent if you’re like a 4 win team.
3. Figure out if Anthony Richardson is the future
I know he’s shown promise but the accuracy issues give me chills. I hope he can fixes those
AR will be fine, including the rookies from this year and Young and Levis from last year, besides Stroud, he’s the best young option at QB. So let him grow and learn.
As long as we bring in other options in the offseason to keep competition up. If that threatens either of them, they aren’t ready to be the guy.
Tbf jalen hurts had a lot of these same struggles before he blew up. I remember folks going into his first big season asking if the iggles were gonna replace him. Develop this man is the way.
