  1. Thanks guys for the added coverage of Marchessault and Skjei. As excited as I am for Stamkos, I'm ready to see these 2 in action. As far as Tomo goes, I hope that he can come in and have a great season. I really do want him to succeed and be a Pred.

  2. Regarding Tomasino, I feel like there is a spot on the 3rd line that is his to lose. With Glass's departure, a wing spot on that line is open and he feels like a natural candidate for it. It might require him to change his game some to fit his linemates, but it fills the same role Jason Zucker had at the end of last season. Assuming Stamkos moves to center

    Forsberg – O'Reilly – Nyquist
    Marchessault – Stamkos – Evangelista
    Tomasino – Novak – Sissons
    Parssinen – McCarron – Smith

  3. In my eyes, I hope the Predators give Tomasino CONSISTENT time! After his first year, he’s bounced between NHL and AHL. They need to KEEP HIM in the lineup this year and give him the time and a chance to prove himself! I did hear a rumour before this that Nashville was working out a trade with the Rangers for Tomasino. But given this chance, I don’t think he’s gonna let the organization down! He’s gonna show what he’s made of as long as they keep him in the lineup and let him prove himself!
