Brendan Witt was drafted 11th overall by the Washington Capitals in 1993. He played 17 games for Nashville, tallying 3 assists.

Jason Arnott was drafted 7th overall by the Edmonton Oilers in 1993. The 5th Captain in Nashville Predators history, and I am counting Scott Walker's Interim period because the team counts it on their website, would sign a 5-year $22.5 million contract on the 2007 offseason. He played 275 games for the Preds, scoring 107 goals and tallying 122 assists for a total of 229 points. He would score the game-winning and cup-winning goal at 8:20 of double overtime in Game 6 against the Dallas Stars to claim the 2000 Stanley Cup Championship with the New Jersey Devils.

Bobby Butler went undrafted and played 20 games for the Preds, scoring 3 goals and 6 assists.

Calle Järnkrok was drafted 51st overall by the Detroit Red Wings in 2010. On March 5th, 2014, Järnkrok was traded along with Patrick Eaves to Nashville for David Legwand. A tremendously solid and reliable player, he would play 508 games for Nashville, scoring 94 goals and tallying 117 assists for a total of 211 points. He was left exposed during the 2021 Expansion Draft and would be acquired by the Seattle Kraken. He is currently playing for the Toronto Maple Leafs.
