7. The Braves might as well hang it up for this year and start looking to 2025. They play one of the worst teams in the NL, one which gave up 20 runs the previous day and has nothing to play for, and the Braves blow it. And they did it on a day in which the Mets lost. The Braves need to turtle up, get healthy, find a good manager and come back stronger next season.

16. Morton did the same thing last game he pitched throwing a breaking ball into the dirt with a guy on third costing a run. Stop throwing breaking balls with a runner on third, Morton. I like Albies but if he is not physically ready then do not play him. The Braves had to win this game and really the manager blew it playing Albies when he was not ready. They need to repalce Soler, too. Manager needs to manage better.

17. I've a been a braves fan since the 90's and I've got to say, never saw a team doing its outmost best to lose a game. Morton it's time to retire and Ozzie, you should have stayed on the Il, cause you're clearly not there yet.

39. Before last night, my thought was “Braves need to go 6-3 in their final 9 to have a chance…” that would be taking 2 of 3 from each of the last 3 series. It’s still possible.
