  1. We were allegedly offered a 4th round pick at highest. I’m honestly surprised it was that high and also surprised that we didn’t accept that if it was as “over” as Russini claimed. Maybe we do have some sort of faith in him turning it around if true.

  2. I’m surprised a team would want to trade for him when you have Beck, Ewers, Sanders & Ward coming out next year.

  3. I don’t think we’ll just take the first offer, but if there are multiple interested teams, the chances of getting a respectable offer might be higher than we think. No need to rush, though. Give them time to compete with each other and forget about last week’s tape lol

  4. Literally a lose lose giving him up for peanuts. Whine and sulk on the bench. I’ve been THE biggest Bryce guy for years. If he can’t muster up the inner honesty to see that he’s now playing afraid and playing afraid and having the limitations you have, is a recipe for disaster. Sit on the bench. Watch a 15 year vet do the simple things. Get some of that pressure off of you. Talk with your teammates. Work on your craft. Don’t bless some other franchise with a “maybe he is” at the cost of nothing. All because he’s upset he’s on the bench , yet he holds the ball for 20 seconds. Throws to the middle of the field are always picked. This elite processing turned into either, I can’t see or I don’t trust my arm to make that throw. You don’t get to whine and pout at this point. Teams and media also don’t get to dictate that he’s on the move. If this team wants to start doing things the right way, they’ll begin practicing patience with this. Something we haven’t seen yet. Trading him just goes to show, we’re still knee jerking. And easily taken advantage of. Because a 4th isn’t remotely changing this team.

  5. I suppose that he was viewed as the #1 QB prospect by many teams only 18 months ago. There’s still a QB in there, despite all his shortcomings he can’t possibly be this bad and mentally shook. Plus his value is at literal rock bottom right now, it would be impossible to play worse. I can see a late round dart throw being offered.

  6. The problem is not Bryce Young , it is literally the Panthers organization……..team is 24 wins and 61 losses in six years. There are 15 more games to play this season. So the Panthers being 24 wins and 76 losses is completely realistic…………so the first year head coach turns to Andy Dalton to save the season ??…….good luck

  7. There many factors to understand here. The first is that if Andy goes and balls out that torpedoes Bryce’s value even more.

The second is the contract. According top spoctrac a cut is 22 million in dead. A trade is 18 million. And a trade next year is a 12 million dollar cap hit. We would need some team to pick up part of the contract because we don’t even have the cap space to eat the contract.

As for the trading him debate. It just depends on the off season moves. If you bring in a new QB you want to clear the way for them. Make sure that the fans don’t distract with a QB controversy if he doesn’t play well. And if an injury kicks in and Bryce still isn’t good. You don’t want the locker room giving up.

We saw this with Zach wilson. And we also saw fields. Mac jones. They ship them off. And when they don’t it can cause problems. If you ask me. We trade Bryce this off season.
