As a Spurs fan from the UK, this is just an example of what you get at soccer matches. I’m an EPL Spurs fan too and we have some good chants, as do each individual club. It’s the same across all of Europe and I’m not surprised it’s the same in European basketball.

EU fan culture comes with significant downsides. Sporting events tend to be far less inclusive, women and children are often underrepresented in the crowd, creating a much more male-dominated environment. In the US, sporting events are much more inclusive and family friendly. Stadiums are filled with a diverse mix of people : men, women, children, and fans from different backgrounds, making the experience safer and more welcoming for everyone.
