  1. Shota deserves much more than people saying he was a Stroman replacement. The guy is a stud, and if he pitches like this next year, ~~it’s likely he’ll opt out after 2025 and get paid some big bucks~~ YAAAAAAY.

    It’s going to be sad to see Tauchman go. It would be nice if he could be the bench OF next season, but that doesn’t seem likely.

    Suzuki has a .900+ OPS since August last season?! Dude gets no respect.

    Busch, again. Cubs 1B for the next five seasons. Fantastic acquisition.

  2. They probably should not have pitched Shota today since they are out it and just gave time to rookies at this point. Why even risk an injury at this point on a soaked field and trash conditions.
