[Kollmann] For those keeping score, the Panthers now have the most efficient pass blocking offensive line in the league. They were #2 going into the week, and then they allowed four total pressures combined against the Raiders.

  1. The OL being so good gives me genuine long-term hope. It’s the first really big test of Dan Morgan’s agility to mould part of the team as GM and to find the right players to sign and let the right players go. A lot of cap space was thrown at it, and it’s worked. Virtually everything Fitterer touched turned to shit for years and now the OL makes it feel like we have a man with a functional football brain making the big calls for a change.

  2. They’re absolutely balling. It’s so much fun to watch Hunt out there running over dudes. Huge credit to Morgan and the staff and making the genuine investments to fix the line.

It also looks like they’re doing a good job coaching since Zavala had to come in for Lewis and there wasn’t a huge drop off.

  3. So glad they showed out after sports media that don’t watch the Panthers acted like our supporting cast was ass this year. Shut down the Raiders and our receivers popped off.

  4. “I also don’t see a lot of opportunity for him to be successful based on the skill players they have around him, the offensive line they have around him and I think he’s the type of player that can operate well when he has good players around him.” – Nick Saban 9/20/24

  5. Does anybody know about the Damian Lewis injury? Zavala was in late. I think somebody mentioned elbow but I never heard anymore about it.
