  1. Not that I would ever expect Molson Coors to do this, but lowering the in-arena beer prices would go a hell of a long way to make the fans happy

  2. Its hard to describe how much I hate the taste of Molson.

    I’d rather stay sober.

But if this means the team has more money to spend on the players then its good news.

  3. “To celebrate this great news, we’ll be increasing all alcoholic beverage prices to just $30 a can!”

  4. It’s really great to see the canucks organization supporting local breweries like this.

With all the money Aquatic-tini has, he could be off having freak off parties but here he is… a bastion of the community!

    :/

  5. The brewery is in the Wack.

    The Aquilini are buying Chilliwack.

Rumor is they are trying to buy a WHL team and move it there.

The Chilliwack Aquilinies (or Number Three Nucks) playing at the Molson/Coors Beer Garden Center.

It all makes perfect sense now.

  6. Genuine question: is anyone actually drinking enough at a hockey game to become impaired? I’ll buy one ‘as tradition’ but nothing beyond that, can’t really get drunk off one beer either.

To me arena beer has always been a matter of tradition and social conformity, the drink itself tastes like ass (in my opinion). I’m curious what the most influential consumer motivation is regarding arena beer, because it certainly isn’t cheap

  7. As long as I can still grab Trailhopper IPA or Color and the Shape at the fancy bar on the 300level

  8. Great! We’re going to see Coors ads right up alongside the sports-bettings promos. Drinking and gambling: nice message for the kids in the crowd.

  9. They should change the jersey TD greenboogerlogo to a molson logo!
Sucks to have an advertising logo on the front of the jerseys, but I’d much prefer beer over a bank.
