1. Shaw looks to be the real deal but where are you going to put him? Reserve infielder? Trade Paredes? Trade Hoerner? Since we didnt get to see any of our AAA position players it's going to be interesting. Do whatever to get this guy some PT in the bigs. GCG!

7. Sad I had to see wisdom, wesneski, in a pretty good win. Hope shaw is healthy, Steele gets better. Cubs got hits cus they faced nobody's… but we know this. The fans in Philly are so ungrateful. 8. Hoyer will keep shaw in the minors for another 5 damn years. However Paredas isn't it, trade him.

10. I think they'll take it slow with Shaw. This is why I think Hoerner will be traded. It allows them to make a bat addition, and potentially move Busch to 1B. I think Busch long term might be more of a Utility. If not… maybe trade Suzuki and put Belli in RF?
