Man watching the Canucks just fail on entry after entry there I was definitely losing hope but god damn has this team made me believe again

I truly pooed my pants a little when Boeser tied it
I still remember I was driving home, listening to the game and was in a full prayer for us to tie it. I didn’t have much hope since it seemed we were outplayed the whole game.
But then when Sissons missed that empty net, idk why but I believed we could comeback. Not only did my prayers get stronger when that puck hit the post, but they actually got answered too lol!
I still remember going berserk on the Golden Ears Bridge honking my horn when Boes tied it. I really hope the other drivers understood what was happening lol
Thank you so much for posting this so close to season start! I was so pumped watching this last season. Pumped to start again in an hour!

Thanks for reminding me about how badly we got outshot/outplayed for most of last year’s playoffs, including against the Nashville Predators…
Round 2 Game 1 vs Edmonton takes it for me. But I’m a bit biased as I was lucky enough to be in the arena for that one.
Imagine if we had Boeser in game seven against Edmonton. He was a beast for us last year
I hear Nyquist’s ankles never fully recovered.
This was the loudest I have yelled since 2011

God last seasons epic comeback wins were things of legend. It was destiny level stuff. The way it ended in a whimper the last 2 games to Edmonton was so anticlimactic and dissapointing after all this. Here’s to this year.
