This sub when the dude who’s son almost died and is playing through a broken finger has a bad night

I’m frustrated too but some of you guys have lost your damn minds. Freddie is our guy and he’s not as bad as some of you are making him out to be

  1. And Mookie who had multiple game winning hits within the last week or so, and tonight just had poor batted ball luck

  2. It’s a fascinating psychology. No one likes to hear it in this context, but look at the similarities in fanbases between the Yankees and the Dodgers. Two teams in huge cosmopolitan cities that have a huge fan base with monumental expectations. Expectations which lead to unreasonable reactions and make it easy for all of baseball to say “holy fuck, we might be bad fans but at least we don’t boo a guy that barehandely killed bin Laden while he was in the minors and rescued children from a burning bus on the way to the game tonight for grounding into a fielder’s choice.”

  3. Bro stop, your narcissism is not going to work here. He’s gotten all the support possible. If it’s affecting that much then take days off, if he’s struggling because his finger is still not healed then bring him down in the lineup simple

  4. Nobody is bringing up his personal life and you shouldn’t either. Yes, it’s frustrating but it’s just baseball at the end. Making a meme out of that is gross.

  5. Bro this sub is currently blaming Miguel Rojas for daring to be struck by lightning. I’m not expecting basic emotional intelligence from a group of people who can’t do 4th grade fractions

  6. Literally fuck all the haters I’m dodger blue win or lose. Good game bad game dodger blue let’s go

  7. The next game will tell. The Padres just took shirtless team photos and celebrated for hours after the game over a … playoff berth.

That’s the bulletin. Can we punch back for two games and clinch the division in their face? I fucking hope so. Get more fired up is all I’d ask of them.

  8. this sub has a lot of new dodgers/baseball fans, I’m guessing? bc they have no loyalty, no understanding of how baseball works…how hard the game is.

like I understand the frustration of a poor AB or a tereible pitch or bad defense…but the dooming is so fucking sickening.

  9. For real. Freddie is giving it his all even when he’s got stuff at home and we all know about it. FFS. He’s five finger Freddie

  10. On the bright side, the bullpen is getting it together. Honeywell is supposed to have doubled his ERA by now and… well he hasn’t and now we’re apparently using him in close games.

Kike Hernandez also still has the clutch gene. He’s amazing and we can’t ever let him play for anyone else in the NL Best

  11. Freddie Freeman has been one of the best hitters in baseball for years, and he still is one of the best hitters in baseball. He’s just having a rare challenging season for several reasons.

Those who dump on him really show their ignorance.
