  1. 1 seed seems unrealistic unless the Phils win out.
2 seed would be swell. 1 seed would be awesome.

  2. Two seed would be ideal tho so we can have winner of Brewers vs mets rather than winner of Dbacks v padres

  3. We are not going to get the number one seed if we don’t get our heads out of our asses.

  4. The two seed is the move right now. Get the winner of MIL/AZ rather than NYM/SD. And if NYM/SD knocks off LAD, we’d have home field anyways in the NLCS. Reminds me of 2022 where the 6 seed was better than the 5.

  5. I’m going tonight. I have a partial season plan, 16 or 17 games. In those games, we only have a single loss (the 14-4 loss to the Yanks). It’s damn near a lock that we’ll get this dub tonight fam.

Edit: just noticed this was about #1 seed rather than bye. Yeah we’re almost definitely not getting #1 seed, but we’re getting that bye, and reducing that magic number to 1 tonight.

  6. If Walker wasn’t on the field as many times as he was near the end of this season, we may have as clinched it by now. But no, we get more L’s instead

  7. 1 or 2. IDC. I’m really not afraid of having to win in Dodgers stadium and… we lost 6, 7 at home to AZ last year.

  8. Unpopular opinion but I don’t care about 1seed vs 2seed. I know some of the WIP guys have had strong opinions about it but when you really think about it it’s only 1 extra home game and ONLY if it goes the full 7 game series and also ONLY if we face the Dodgers in the NLCS. I feel much more comfortable saying let’s win 1/2 in LA and come back for 3 in a row at CBP than I do saying we don’t have to win any in LA. If we were to win gm1&2 here and then lose Gm3-5 in LA I have no faith in this team coming home to CBP for those last 2 games. Either way we need to be able to win games in LA.
