The article doesn’t mention it but I wonder if NBC is carrying the game as a simulcast from Altitude with Mose and Ryker commentating or if they’ll have their own crew.

I’m old n stuff, but I became an Avs fan BECAUSE I could watch every game free on channel 20. They need more of this so I hope the rating are good enough to convince the Kroenkes to get back to this model.
I will happily pay $20/month for full coverage
Is it just me, or does this announcement for 1/4 of the season strike as underwhelming?

This I like. Streaming service service is over priced, but we need the ability to watch on regular TV. THAT’S how you grow a fan base, not by having 50 expansions.
What about the Rapids?
Nobody has any sympathy from me anymore about not being able to watch games. Tons of options now. It took entirely too long, though.

Exclusively Altitide broadcast games?
So if the Avs are on TNT, ESPN, or the second round of the playoffs… then what?
Unless Channel 5 will simulcast, The Springs won’t get any of the games.
I can’t complain here. I don’t really have the time to watch 82 games per year anyways so being able to watch 1/4 the games for free is ideal for me
