When the Reds were no hit a month or so ago, I remember De La Cruz was up in the ninth. I wondered, what if he bunted? Guess it’s against the baseball code though.
I do feel like there’s a difference between the 7th and 9th inning, especially in a close game. The Reds didn’t just get a hit, but ended up tying the score.
