I included a ‘Sherman Warning’ as to circumvent any *”Why would you put something Murdoch is responsible for in front of my eyes?!1!? I burned down a theater that was playing X-Men 2, I’m burning down your house next!!11!!”* frothing.
But I agree with the linked assessment…
He’s absolutely right about this. I’m really not eager to hear the excuses about the scheduling which will inevitably follow should the Mets miss the playoffs. They are in control of their fate here. If they can beat Atlanta and prove they’re the better team, then they’ll get in. And Lindor getting some extra rest is certainly not the worst outcome.
