  7. Finally a video on my team, & I love the take. I try to not be biased but I’m excited for next year, the development of Mobley & the resurgence of DG & Levert are they keys to our season imo
    & not losing Okorro was great too

  8. I think we need Darius to be more of a passing guard and have D Mitch charge at the rim a little more because it’s one of his best parts of his game but he’s too much of a pass first player when he has a good passing guard

People are forgetting that the Cavs during year 1 of Donovan Mitchell when they lost to the Knicks they had the best defensive rating in the league and a top 10 offensive rating that season mainly due to garland being healthy. That season garland was just as good as his all star season, 22 and 7 shooting 41% from 3 on similar volume vs 38% during his all star season. Garlands gonna be a top 10 pg this season and if Mobley shoots 37% from 3 like he did last year on higher volume this teams gonna be in the Conference Finals

  12. I’d love to see some sort of trade Darius Garland and Devin Vassel. I love garland but I just don’t think he can do it with Mitchell with them both being 6’1. Yes Mitchell plays bigger but he is still what he is. Garland can get over there play with Wendy and learn more from Cp. Spurs just drafted Castle who has potential to be a great defender. And for the Cavs Vassel is less ball dominant and a potential to be a much better defender imo. Then hopefully Donovan can adapt and became the full time 1.

  15. JB is probably a top 5 defensive coach, and he is a floor raiser, not a championship guy. I think he's capable of raising the pistons, but man am I excited for Kenny.

  17. Too many chefs, not enough kitchen. Both the front court and the big men have the same limitations respectively, that being size and defence for the guards, and shooting for Allen and Mobley. That’s a bad set up for a competitive team, as it allows for easily exploitation. The cavs won’t be contenders unless those weaknesses are mitigated

  22. As a cavs fan it’s annoying seeing media try to say cavs need to win now they have to make changes. Like Kenny said this team is young, we have time to keep growing with Evan and DG. Maybe two seasons from now we should be contending and if not then yeah make the big changes but don’t blow up a good thing we have our best players young don’t give up on that to try and rush the process.
