  1. So many questions, not nearly enough answers.

    Bottom line, they need more bats. Team ERA is 4.07, runs scored is 4.3 a game. Sounds like a .500 team.

    By comparison, the Dodgers have a 3.93 ERA, just a bit lower, but have scored 5.13 runs per game. Defensively they are the same at .985.

    So add a run a game and you'll win closer to 95 games than 81.

    Ramos might be that stud they need, but even so, another big bat would help. Look at the Padres and Dodgers. Hitting does matter, even if everyone thinks pitching and defense are more important.
