This season has fallen short of expectations but always great to celebrate a winning season! Go Cubs!
game time: 1:48
Meh
Still nice to have a win
Hopefully Hendricks doesn’t get rained out tomorrow
Not a losing season! Go Cubs Go!
Holy crap was that a fast game.
76th winning season? (Hand count could be wrong)
8th winning season in last 10 years
From 1973-1992 the Cubs had 2 winning seasons
over .500! Didnt think this team in June had that in them. Congrats
Still a chance to improve on last season by one game at least if they win these last two lol
Wow exciting game… glad I skipped this one… but still, go Cubs!
The Cubs now have 82 wins while the White Sux are 81 games under .500. A sweep of the Reds would put them at 84 wins. If the Tigers take all 3 against the sad ass Southsiders,, it will leave with a mark of 84 below for the season
Umpires had an early dinner reservation
What a year by Taillon. Is he the best #3 starter in MLB? If the Cubs get another TOR starter in the off-season, Taillon will undoubtedly be the best #4 in the game. Jamo has earned his contract. Great signing.
Nico again. 45 multi-hit games this season – leading the team. 35 doubles! Less strikeouts than last year. With a decent last two games, he will get very close to his slashline from last season. In on every play, and plays the game right. That last part is simply echoing what the booth said today, and what everybody in the game knows. Irreplaceable player at 2B.
Hodge looked great again. Teach that man a splitter!
Paredes’ play in the first inning deserves a shoutout as well.
Hey Chicago whatta say the Cubs are statistically 50/50 to win today!
Crazy Jameo gonna end with 5th best NL era this season lmao
